- In 2006, Refrigeration Design Consultants, Inc, was formed to satisfy the needs of the marketplace for a specialized company to provide quality, fit-for-purpose Refrigeration Engineering Services at a reasonable cost.
- In 2007, in order to fulfill the requests from multiple clients to also install the systems that were being designed and engineered, Refrigeration Installation Specialists was formed.
- Starting with only a 2 van / 2 man install crew, R.I.S. has grown over the past 5 years into a 5 van / 10 man crew.
- Our current crew has over 70 years of combined refrigeration installation experience.
- R.I.S. is dedicated to providing quality workmanship on every job from the "mom & pops", up to the largest warehouse project.
- We are a proud member of Associated Builders & Contractors and the Better Business Bureau.

- All employees are enrolled in a random drug testing program, including management, because we hold ourselves to the same high standards we expect from our crew.
